Functional Movement
Move with more function and ease.
Movement therapy balances and coordinates the relationship between muscles. Compensation is reduced along with the pain and tension it causes.
In movement therapy sessions, you will grow awareness for which muscles are NOT working that “should be” and which muscles ARE working that “shouldn’t be”.
Functional movement assessments and NeuroKinetic Therapy are used to identify muscle imbalances and corrective movements are provided.

Breath retraining works to improve both the chemical and mechanical aspects of your breathing. Inefficient breathing patterns cause or reinforce symptoms such as:
